Course objective
This course provides participants with a solid foundation in 3D Modeling, Assembly Design, and Engineering Documentation using Dassault Systems Industry-Leading CATIA Software. Through Hands-on training, students will learn to create precise 3D parts, Complex Assemblies, and Technical Drawings while adhering to engineering best practices. Key topics include Parametric modeling, Design intent, Surface modeling, Generative shape design, Ensuring manufacturability, and Compliance with industry standards.
This Course also introduces Advanced Drafting Techniques for production-ready Documentation, preparing learners for Real-world Applications in Industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial machinery.
By the end of the course, participants will be proficient in Designing Mechanical Systems, Performing Efficient Modifications, and Generating Detailed Engineering Drawings.
